Class Schedules
We know you're busy, so we've scheduled a variety of classes throughout the day and during the evening and weekend. From Zumba and Bellyfit to reformer and jumpboard, we have many different classes so you can find the right class for you! We're open from Monday to Saturday, so you can come in whenever you've got the time!
The Pilates Studio offers a variety of Pilates classes at different times throughout the day. If you don't see your specific time on the schedule call and you can book your own class at your own time.
Create a class with your friends -- minimum 3 students needed to create a private class at the same cost as a regular class.

Please note jumpboard, rebounder and mon 7pm. mat are all levels no intro class is needed to participate. If you haven t done pilates before then an intro class or a private is a prerequiste before taking a class.
The Pilates Studio policy on missed classes: Make up classes are unlimited but must be made up within your session. Make up classes cannot be carried over to a new session. Make up for reformer class with a reformer class (please schedule ahead of time) or mat class, mat class make up with a mat class. There are no refunds, but classes can be transfered to a friend or relative. Refunds are given if classes cannot be completed due to illness, however a doctor's note is required. If you are dropping into classes and call ahead to register and do not show up your account will be charged 1 full class. 24 hour notice is required.
