is a fun 1 hour class. Challenging your core strength and balance. It is for all levels of fitness. You can expect to get a full body workout, incorporating some stretching. Come out and try a class !

Thurs. 6:30pm.

H.I.I.T training 

high - intensity intermittent exercise. This training technique you give your all 100 % effort for you. Go at your own pace and intensity level. Intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. You are working at your own pace, not the instructors so you do what you can. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Class is only 45 min. Using your own body weight as resistance.  This class is for you if you want to change things up, get in shape fast and have fun.  Intervals will change each class depending on the level of the participants. 



                                 Class description


Intro to reformer is required in order to take a reformer class, if you have no reformer experience. Intro runs the first Thurs. of every month at noon and the last Thurs. of every month at 7:30pm.


reformer level 1 is a one hour beginner class.  During the hour you will lengthen muscles and stretch, work your core (back and abs) mobilize and strengthen joints. It is a slower pace class so you can focus on your alignment and breathing. Great class to start with to get use to the reformer. Benefits: better posture, efficient movement and for many relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.


reformer level 2 is a one hour intermediate class building on what you learned in level 1. Increasing your strength. flexibility, coordination and balance. Pushing and pulling with legs or arms against the resistance of the springs, carriage and body weight for strength building.


reformer level 3 is a one hour class working at an intermediate to advanced level. Pace will pick up somewhat since you have a solid foundation and understanding of aligment, movement, breathing and cuing. Continuing the focus on coordination, balance, core strength and full body fitness. Get ready to be challenged with the mind and body.


reformer level 4 is a one hour advanced class and pace. Prerequisite required to take this level please ask the studio.
